Join me as I go vegetarian for the month of May! My goal in this "little" project is to observe how a meat free diet affects my body. I'll be posting a daily food log, my mood, and how I feel in general. My hopes for the end result is to have more energy, loose weight, sleep better (and less!), and healthier hair. There is only one rule- NO MEAT! Eggs, dairy, and meat substitutes are allowed. I'll be getting my protein from eggs, beans, nuts, and dairy. Here goes!GOODBYE hamburgers!
